Composed of:
· Vacuum loader (1180) in stainless steel
· 1 Suction nozzles (1180) with double shell pipe with a screw to fix the setting of the
dilution. Diameter to be defined by supplier. 5 meters of flexible PU pipe with earth
bonding and collars
· 1 insulated drying hopper in stainless steel (masterbatch throughput: 110 kg/h) with 2
plugs for level switch. Hopper capacity: to be defined by supplier.
· 1 temperature sensor on the hopper
· Inside designed for hot air circulation through the granules.
· 1 hot air generator (3 phases, 140°c) with air circulation fan (with high temperature
switch and regulation)
· 1 Deshumidryer for dry air supply to the dryer. Capacity to be defined. Including
Moisture transmitter, automatic valve, local setting. Connection pipes.
· 1 outlet with manual valve for sample collection.
· 1 outlet designed for suction conveying pipes
· All parts in contact with granules in stainless steel
· Connection box for power and signal
